Believe in dreams is a non profit organization that was founded in 2014 to fulfill dreams of economically disadvantaged youth who have survived nonmedical adversity by providing access to enriching opportunities, connection to community and hope for the future. The organization has fulfilled over 450 individualized local dream experiences since 2014 and continue to increase our dream fulfillment capacity each year.

The Challenge:

Believe in dreams needed a system to track the beneficiaries “dreamers” of their services and the “dream” being given from nomination, through planning to completion. The existing system utilized spreadsheets, word documents and manually sending emails. Data was duplicated everywhere and sharing data between staff was difficult and insecure.

About The Visionary:

The organization’s director believed there had to be a way to create a unified custom CRM and project management system to track both the dreamer’s nomination and the planning of their dream packages.

The Vision:

The solution would create a single point of information for all of the details related to the dream planning process, the people involved with the dreamer, the package being provided and all of the details related to the dream to bring it to fruition.

Adatasol’s Solution:

With the help of Adatasol “DreamMaker” was created. It integrates with Believe In Dreams’ website to automatically import nomination information to start a new dream. All of the details of the dream are then tracked within the application which can be accessed easily and simultaneously by all staff. Status of dreams can be sent via email and reports are generated to validate the efforts of the organization to stakeholders.

This project required Adatasol to replace a scattered collection of spreadsheets, word documents, and manual email processes with a unified CRM and project management platform — purpose-built for tracking the complete dream fulfillment lifecycle from nomination through delivery.



ERP Consulting
We worked with the organization's director to map the full dream fulfillment process — nomination intake, dreamer information management, dream package planning, vendor coordination, status tracking, and stakeholder reporting. We designed a system architecture that would serve as a single point of truth for all staff involved in the process.


Custom Development

Our team built DreamMaker — a custom CRM and project management platform covering dreamer nomination tracking, dream package planning with all associated details (people involved, services provided, timeline), status management across the full fulfillment lifecycle, email notifications for status updates, and reporting tools to validate the organization's impact to stakeholders. ​



Implementation 
We deployed DreamMaker to the entire staff, configured user access for simultaneous multi-user collaboration on dream records, and trained the team to manage nominations, plan dream packages, and generate reports for board members and supporters.



ERP Integration Services

We integrated DreamMaker with Believe in Dreams' website to automatically import nomination form submissions, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring new dream nominations flow directly into the tracking system without delay.

CRM and Program Management for Non-Profits

Believe in Dreams faced a challenge common across non-profit organizations — critical program data scattered across spreadsheets, documents, and email chains, making collaboration difficult, reporting manual, and data security a concern. A centralized CRM with program management capabilities gives non-profit teams the structure to focus on mission delivery rather than data management, while providing leadership with the reporting they need for accountability and fundraising.
