ADAMHS needed a system to easily track requests for transportation services. Previously they were using a series of spreadsheets to separately track those requesting services and the services being provided.

Who is it, what is their role, who is their team The transportation coordinator was pulling her hair out managing multiple spreadsheets of the thousands of requested rides and trying to show schedules of available transportation.
The Vision:
A new transportation tracking system would need to be easy to use while also providing a historic record of transportation provided on a daily or individual rider basis.
Adatasol’s Solution:
The new system provided a single source of clarity for all ridership information. As hoped, entry of new transportation requests is incredibly fast because the system keeps a history of previous riders.
Services We Delivered for Lake County ADAMHS Board
This project required Adatasol to replace a fragmented spreadsheet-based tracking system with a centralized platform purpose-built for transportation service coordination.
ERP Consulting
We worked with the ADAMHS transportation coordinator to analyze existing spreadsheet workflows, identify data redundancies across separate tracking files, and define requirements for a unified system that could process ride requests quickly while maintaining complete historical records.
Implementation
We managed the system deployment including data migration from existing spreadsheets, configuration of user roles for coordinators and administrators, staff training, and go-live support to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Custom Development
Our developers built a centralized transportation tracking module with rapid request entry, automatic rider history lookup, daily and individual rider reporting, schedule management for available transportation, and streamlined views that eliminated the need to cross-reference multiple spreadsheets.
