About Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS)

Established by Ohio Statute, the Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board is responsible for evaluating, planning, funding, and monitoring services to help Lake County residents who are dealing with a mental illness and/or substance-use disorders.

Challenge

ADAMHS needed a system to easily track requests for transportation services. Previously they were using a series of spreadsheets to separately track those requesting services and the services being provided.

Adatasol's Vision

A new transportation tracking system would need to be easy to use while also providing a historic record of transportation provided on a daily or individual rider basis.

The Solution

The new system provided a single source of clarity for all ridership information. As hoped, entry of new transportation requests is incredibly fast because the system keeps a history of previous riders.
